1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., herbs, dried seafood, spices, or any food items that have been opened or exposed)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products returned after 14 days from delivery
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Include the following in your request:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable) of the item received
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the packaging and item received. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
